Spoken check-insPlus

Log everything, just by talking

Tell Sato how your day went, in your own words. It picks out your weight, your dose, your meals, how you feel, and any exercise, and you look it over before anything’s saved.

  1. 1Tap Check in
  2. 2Talk about your day
  3. 3Sato fills in the entries
  4. 4Check them and save

A spoken check-in: tap Check in and say how the day went, and Sato writes out what you said and picks out eight entries: a weight of 163.4 pounds, a 7.5 milligram dose of tirzepatide in the left thigh, a chicken salad for lunch, mild nausea, hunger at 2, quiet food noise, a 30 minute walk, and a good mood. Saving them files each one under Weight, Dose, Food, Side effects, Check-in, and Exercise.

Weight

See where your weight is heading

Type in your weight, or let Apple Health add it for you. The graph shows how far you’ve come, how you compare with the clinical trials, and where you’re heading on your current dose.

Show it as a smooth, straight, or trend line, and add as much or as little detail as you like. When you reach your goal, the chart changes to show the range you’re holding, week by week.

Doses

Every dose, right on schedule

When you log a dose, your dose and your next injection site are already filled in. Sato keeps your schedule and shows your estimated medication level between doses.

Each dose you log comes out of the vial or pen you used. Sato counts what’s left, tells you when you’ll run out, and reminds you on the morning you should reorder.

Next dose: Tirzepatide 7.5 mg on day 2 of 7, due Sat, Oct 17 at 1:00 PM, last dose Sat, Oct 10, rotate to the left thigh. Estimated level: 8.9 mg now, next peak Oct 13.

How your week went

Latest report for Sep 29 to Oct 5: 3 lb lighter than last week, a new low at 162.8 lb, symptoms on 4 days, and food noise louder than the week before. Under it, this week so far, on day 2 of 7.
