- Spoken check-ins of up to a minute from the app, the Action button, or Control Center. You check and edit each entry before it’s saved, and check-ins spoken on Apple Watch work the same way.
- Food-photo estimates, nutrition-label scanning, and a photo estimate when a barcode isn’t found.
- Pattern findings across your logs and “A typical dose week.”
- Pattern findings in the clinician PDF.
- Shared progress photos without the Sato wordmark.

The figures in each weekly report are worked out on your device. With your permission, OpenAI writes the note at the top from that week’s record, and you can turn that off. Spoken check-ins use online processing; food photos and label scans can use cloud analysis. A report describes what you logged and cannot establish a cause or tell you to change a dose.
Plus is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Cloud features need an internet connection and have usage limits. Any free trial or introductory offer is shown on the purchase screen before you buy.
How spoken check-ins workIf you cancel Sato Plus
Access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid period, subject to Apple’s billing status, refunds, or revocation. When access ends, free tracking and your saved log entries remain available. Plus report pages, including the archive, and other Plus features require an active subscription. Files you already exported remain wherever you saved them.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Read the purchase terms
